JOHN STEPHENS

John has been involved with businesses for over 45 years as a business owner and consultant.

He has a record of achievements in real estate, manufacturing and retail . He has proven high levels of expertise with financial and business management, franchise development, property and business valuation, marketing and valuation, is an experienced expert witness, and has experienced the changing cycles of business.

Since 1991 he has been involved in the real estate industry and has established a sound reputation for research, planning and development of key strategies resulting in major developments, particularly in investment properties, mergers and acquisitions, family law matters, land resumption and as an experienced expert witness.

Allied with this he is an experienced business intermediary, business analyst and business valuer. John has lectured and presented papers at both state and national level on Business Valuation Practice.

John has a keen interest in sustainability, in particular “Green Roofs”. He has presented papers at the International Conference of Green Roofs and at the Australian National Conference of Green Roofs, entitled respectively, ‘The Value of Green’  and ‘Green Value - Myth or Reality?’.

John is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland  (REIQ) & Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
